I assist individuals and couples in learning vital skills for maintaining healthy relationships. I will assist in understanding conflict resolution skills and offer tools to deepen intimacy and pleasure. The cost above is per individual coaching session.

Life is always teaching us lessons even if we aren’t ready to learn. There will be times when things will become difficult and times when things will go very well. It's up to us to recognize when things are difficult what is working for us and what is not. Be eager to declare quitting is not an option and willingly make the necessary adjustments.
The power of the pause has many benefits. Give yourself an opportunity to rest, refocus, reflect, and restore. The power of the pause not only allows you the ability to restart but empowers you with a sense of clarity and the ability to move forward with confidence.
