1. Services and Financial Transactions

We offer transformational coaching services such as spiritual, relationship/couples, family or group sessions. The specifics of each coaching program, including duration, deliverables, and pricing, will be outlined in a separate agreement or proposal provided to you before the commencement of services.

• Withdrawal and Cancellation: You may withdraw from our services under the terms specified in your individual agreement or proposal. Generally, cancellations with less than 24 hour notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to cancel or terminate services at our discretion, with or without cause, and may provide a refund for any prepaid, unused portion of the service based on circumstance.
• Financial Transactions: All payments for services must be made according to the payment schedule and method outlined in your individual agreement or proposal. We accept all major credit cards and use Square, Cash App, Zelle, and PayPal to process payments. You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information. There is no refund policy. You are free to reschedule your session within the timeframe mentioned in your signed agreement.
